SalonPrints takes your privacy seriously and hates spam as much as you do. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the services we provide. Who We Are

SalonPrints, includes the website you are visiting right now (salonprints.com) and our partners in order fulfillment. We use a number of consultants and agencies that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to personal information we hold. These include our warehouse and distribution partner, and shipping companies who deliver the products to the addresses you provide. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible. We also have their assurance that they follow appropriate privacy principles.

We Collect Personal Information: Primary Purposes

Like all online merchants, we collect, use and disclose personal information in order to serve our clients. For our customers, the primary purposes for collecting personal information are as follows: Processing payment, shipping orders to our customers and sending information about order status such as receipts and shipping information. Examples of the type of personal information we collect for those purposes include the following: Your billing and shipping address, email address (for order conformation and status only), and financial information necessary to process your order.

Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

We need to retain some of your personal information for some time to ensure that we can answer any questions you might have about the services provided and for our own accountability to external regulatory bodies. We do not want to keep personal information too long, in order to protect your privacy. Your payment information is not stored after completion of your order so that only your name and contact information are retained in our database.
